The basis of our best practices is laid down in a Code of Conduct that we all commit to. Not only that, we actively promote the adoption of Codes by our clients.

We think being a Director is a serious job, with serious responsibilities and should be remunerated seriously. We do not see it as a ‘9 to 5’ job, nor as a job that requires simply 4 board meetings per year. When we commit, we commit physically, mentally, and with all we have at our disposal.
